2020 පෙබරවාරි මස සිට 2021 මැයි දක්වා ශ්රී ලංකාවට කොවිඩ් -19 සම්බන්ධව කටයුතු කිරීම සඳහා විදේශ ණය සහ ප්රදාන ලෙස ඇඩො මිලියන 987 ක් ලැබිණි කොවිඩ් 19 සම්බන්ධව කටයුතු කිරීම සඳහා ඉහළම ප්රදායකයා සහ ණය දෙන ආයතනය වූයේ ලෝක බැංකුවයි.
මීට අමතරව කොවිඩ් හා සම්බන්ධ කටයුතුවලට බව පවසමින් චීන සංවර්ධන බැංකුවෙන්ද ඇඩො මිලියන 1,000 ක් ශ්රී ලංකාවට ලැබිණි. කෙසේ වෙතත්, මෙය මූල්යයනයක් සමග සම්බන්ධ නිශ්චිත ව්යාපෘතියක්/වැඩසටහනක් නොමැති සාමාන්ය අයවැය සහයක් වූ බැවින් විශ්ලේෂණයට ඇතුළත් නොකෙරිණි.

සංඛ්යාවලට සැපයුම් (භාණ්ඩ) ආකාරයෙන් ලැබුණු පරිත්යාග ඇතුළත් නොවේ.
