Fitch upgrades Bank of Ceylon’s VR and Foreign-Currency IDR to ‘cc’/’CC’

The Bank of Ceylon’s (BOC) Long-Term Foreign-Currency Issuer Default Rating (IDR) has been updated to ‘CC’ from ‘RD’ (Restricted Default).
